Vicki joined Frost Wiltshire in 2024 as Client Experience Manager. As a friendly ‘day-to-day’ face of the firm, she helps to ensure that clients feel well looked-after at every stage of the journey, from marketing communications and social media management, through the onboarding process, to regular ongoing communication.
As well as the client-facing aspects of her role, Vicki uses her organisational and creative skills to develop and improve our processes to enhance the quality of our offering.
Vicki lives in South Gloucestershire with her husband and their son.
