“It’s like going back to school.” 

That’s what someone said to me the other day, as they recounted their return to the office after a late summer break.  It’s quite a relatable observation.  With the kids beginning a new academic year, the notably darker evenings, and this September’s sudden decline in the weather as we turned the page on the calendar, it does feel rather like the start of a new chapter.
